I am a master's student of Traditional Oriental Medicine and Nutrition and Dietetics, with a background in philosophy and psychology. My path has been shaped by big questions about who we are and how we heal. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the study of the mind-body connection, eventually landing in the world of food as medicine. I believe nourishment is a powerful way to reconnect with the body and support mental well-being. My approach blends science with traditional wisdom — offering structure with softness.

Alongside my studies, I create small-batch, gut-friendly granolas, nut butters and snacks made with intention, zero refined sugar, gluten-free, and gu friendly.
They’re part of a bigger mission: to make eating well feel joyful, grounded, and intuitive. Ingredients are key, every recipe's foundation is nutritional value over quantity of ingredients.
canela is also my way of giving back to my community, to share the journey and support others on the way.
